My name is David Baldwin. I love to create various things, including art, music, sourdough bread, pizza, and who knows what else next. I enjoy exploring what happens when ideas come to life. To me, it's all about imagining what something will look, feel, and taste like. And allowing the magic to happen.
My Story
DAVID BALDWIN // visual artist and experimental musician
My acrylic-on-canvas paintings are created through a process of letting go. The ideas are allowed to develop freely, and if I'm as surprised as the viewer, I’ve accomplished my goal.
I've been painting my entire life, and I am excited to share my passion. Also, I'm an avid cyclist and musician. If not painting or riding my bike around Sonoma County, I am creating music under the name “Unhowto,” which is available through all streaming platforms.
Born and raised in Southern California, David now resides in Santa Rosa, California.
