The Inner Voice

It’s the quiet (sometimes not) thread that runs beneath every thought.

Sometimes it speaks in full sentences, other times in fragments, feelings, or flashes of memory.

It remembers who you were.

It guesses who you might become.

It warns, it encourages, it questions.

For some, it’s a patient guide, a compass pointing toward what matters.

For others, it’s a critic that never sleeps, replaying mistakes like old films on loop.

The inner voice can’t be turned off. But it can be tuned. When we listen with curiosity, we notice which parts of it are fear, which are truth, and which are just static. When we speak back, kindly and firmly, we begin to shape it into an ally.

Your inner voice will narrate your life either way. The choice is whether it becomes the story of your limits… or of your possibilities.
